The xFORMAL project aims to ascertain the impact that informal and non-formal learning and knowledge can have on learners and citizens of all ages and, with this in mind, a tool will be constructed to provide insight into how people learn non-formally or informally in the real and virtual cultural space.

International Workshop “Narratives for Cultural Heritage. Weaving Stories, Crossing Disciplines.”
The international online workshop “Narratives for Cultural Heritage. Weaving Stories, Crossing Disciplines” was held on June 3, 2025.
The event was organized by Federica Fanizzi and Simona Marchesini, members of Alteritas, as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie xFormal Action Project – INFORMAL AND NON-FORMAL E-LEARNING FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE (https://xformal.eu/).
The workshop explored interdisciplinary approaches to cultural heritage through the lens of storytelling, focusing on informal and nonformal learning practices across different media, contexts and institutions.

First Museum Day
