The xFORMAL project aims to ascertain the impact that informal and non-formal learning and knowledge can have on learners and citizens of all ages and, with this in mind, a tool will be constructed to provide insight into how people learn non-formally or informally in the real and virtual cultural space.

Events

International Workshop “Narratives for Cultural Heritage. Weaving Stories, Crossing Disciplines.”

The international online workshop “Narratives for Cultural Heritage. Weaving Stories, Crossing Disciplines” was held on June 3, 2025.
The event was organized by Federica Fanizzi and Simona Marchesini, members of Alteritas, as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie xFormal Action Project – INFORMAL AND NON-FORMAL E-LEARNING FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE (https://xformal.eu/).

The workshop explored interdisciplinary approaches to cultural heritage through the lens of storytelling, focusing on informal and nonformal learning practices across different media, contexts and institutions.

Secondo Museum Day

The second Museum Day event was held on February 5, 2024, online at Zoom and on the Alteritas Facebook page. the theme was Access, Accessibility, Inclusion.

The event, with J. Fabre Murillo, J. A. Rodríguez, C. Gallego, I. Aguilera, S. Guido del Museo di Saragoza, will take place on 26.10.2023, from 14 to 18 CET, live on YouTube.

First Museum Day

As part of the xFormal project, Alteritas and its partners organized and participated in Museum Day.

The first event took place on March 6, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., online on the Zoom platform.

Alteritas is pleased to announce the presentation of the xFORMAL project (https://xformal.eu/), will be held on Monday, 27 October, at 5:00 p.m. at the Museo Eremitani – Sala Romanino (Piazza Eremitani 8, Padua), hosted by one of our Associated Partners, the Padua Civic Museums. The Archaeological Museum is taking part in the Veneto route of the game.
Introductory remarks by Francesca Veronese, Director of the Padua Civic Museums; the project will be presented by Simona Marchesini, scientific coordinator of xFORMAL and of Alteritas.
